The Giant Centipede is green with a tan underside. The Giant Centipede has a long body with multiple legs that each have a single claw. The Giant Centipede also has two large pincers. The creature has four spikes behind its head as well as two smaller spikes farther down its back, two spikes at its midsection, and two small spikes at the end of its body as well as two larger spikes. The Giant Centipedes head is brown and features four small mandibles in the front and two larger side mandibles. Its head is also covered in spikes and has eight green eyes, two on both sides and four in front of its head.

At some point, it was removed from its habitat and brought to fight in Maximilian Spiel's mutation fighting arena, where it battled the [[Shrewster]] in front of a crowd of rich tourists looking down on the fight from the restaurant surrounding the Arena. Giant Centipede was bested by Shrewster and was taken back to its cage.
