— Rilu-elu Belu-be's reaction to Haruo Sakaki's plan to risk the Landing Ships (GODZILLA: Planet of the Monsters)

Rilu-elu Belu-be (リルエル・ベルベ,   Rirueru Berube) is a major aboard the emigrant spaceship Aratrum who first appeared in the 2017 Godzilla film, GODZILLA: Planet of the Monsters.

Reiwa Series

GODZILLA: Planet of the Monsters

A Bilusaludo major aboard the Aratrum serving under Halu-elu Dolu-do, Rilu-elu Belu-be was part of the operation to reclaim the Earth from Godzilla. Belu-be accompanied Colonel Eliott Leland, Colonel Metphies, Major Martin Lazzari, Sergeant Yuko Tani, and the paroled Captain Haruo Sakaki aboard a Landing Ship bound for the former Tanzawa Forest area in Japan. When the ship landed, Belu-be stayed behind with Leland while Martin led a team of soldiers to investigate the surrounding forest. While the party was away, the company was attacked by a flock of vicious winged creatures called Servum, which killed many soldiers and damaged the company's equipment. After Leland gave the order to abandon the mission return to the Aratrum, Belu-be traveled with the company through the Tanzawa Pass as it tried to rendezvous with the other companies. Godzilla suddenly appeared over the horizon and began approaching, but the damaged Landing Ship was unable to evade in time and crashed. Belu-be and the crew all managed to escape the ship before it exploded. Haruo tried to attack Godzilla on a Hover Bike and make him deploy his Asymmetrically Permeable Shield, but the bike's weapons were insufficient. However, Leland attacked Godzilla from a Multipodal Battery, causing him to deploy his shield just as he obliterated Leland with a blast of atomic breath.

Because Leland's sacrifice had provided critical data on the location of Godzilla's EMP organ, Haruo Sakaki decided to resume the operation. He ordered Belu-be and Lieutenant Adam Bindewald to lead a fleet of Hover Bikes and draw Godzilla into the Tanzawa Pass, where the rest of the United Earth forces would spring the trap set for Godzilla. The Hover Bike fleet found Godzilla and opened fire on him, causing him to begin following them toward the Pass. However, a flock of Servum emerged from the forest and attacked the fleet, taking out some of the Bikes. With the time window for the operation closing, Haruo ordered Adam to peel off from the fleet and assemble a team of pilots to use the Landing Ships to draw Godzilla into the Pass more quickly. Belu-be was left in charge of the fleet, and continued assaulting Godzilla even as his Bike began running low on fuel. The plan was successful, and Godzilla was drawn into the pass then trapped under rubble. The strategy to destroy Godzilla's organ and plant EMP Probes into his body was carried out, and succeeded in destroying the monster. Belu-be and Mulu-elu Galu-gu looked at Godzilla's remains, and remarked how truly bizarre and monstrous its body structure was. However, Martin believed that the Godzilla they killed was not the same individual that drove humanity from the Earth, and was proven correct when the original Godzilla, now grown to over 300 meters in height, emerged from a nearby mountain. Haruo ordered all forces to retreat, and Belu-be and the others tried to escape aboard Hover Bikes. Godzilla destroyed most of the escaping forces with his Super Oscillatory Wave attack and a shockwave produced by swinging his tail, leaving Belu-be's fate unknown.
