The Thermo-Nuclear Warheads are thermobaric bombs created by Toho that first appear in the 2017 animated Godzilla film, Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters.

Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters

Upon entering the Earth's atmosphere and preparing for a landing, the United Earth special forces unit launched a barrage of Thermo-Nuclear Warheads from their Landing Craft upon the ground below, in order to flatten the impeded terrain. The bombs were later used once more in an all-out attack on Godzilla, which ultimately led him onto a diversion path.
