Dogzilla is a dog kaiju created by Dav Pilkey that appears in the 1993 children's book Dogzilla.
Name
Dogzilla's name comes directly from what it's parodying, Godzilla.
Appearance
Dogzilla is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi with black-and-white-colored fur.
Origins
Professor Scarlett O'Hairy concludes that Dogzilla is a creature with origins millions of years ago.
History
Dogzilla
It's summer, and the city of Mousopolis is holding its First Annual Barbecue Cook-Off, but the scent of barbecue sauce awakens Dogzilla, who emerges from a volcano. Soldiers, led by the Big Cheese, were dispatched to fight Dogzilla. However, Dogzilla used its doggy breath to repel the mice. Forced to retreat, the mice unknowingly lure Dogzilla to Mousopolis. Dogzilla terrorizes the city by doing normal dog things that have an exaggerated effect.
After some plotting, the mice assembled in the center of Mousopolis and blasted Dogzilla with water. "It's BATHTIME!" Dogzilla ran off into the volcano as it hated baths, and it never returned

Doggy Breath
Dogzilla can release a foul-smelling breath of air from her mouth.
Weaknesses
Dogzilla hates baths, and will try to avoid getting soaked in water.

- Dogzilla was played by Leia, Dav Pilkey's female pet corgi.
