Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters

At the age of 4, Haruo's parents were killed in front of him by Godzilla, leading him to harbor a hatred for the kaiju. Haruo was one of the people selected to go on the emigrant ship Aratrum to the planet Tau Cetus e. Throughout his journey, what he had most wished to do was return to Earth to defeat Godzilla. After finally arriving on the new planet and finding out that it was uninhabitable, he became the leader of the Earth Returnists, people who wanted to return to Earth. As the living conditions on the ship began deteriorating, support for the Returnists grew until it was decided to return to Earth using hyperspace navigation.[3]
