Balkzardan (バルグザーダン Baruguzādan) is a lightning kaiju created by Toho that appeared in the 1998 video game, Godzilla Trading Battle.
Design
Balkzardan appears to be based on a mammalian carnivore of some kind; possibly a wolf or a cheetah (due to its extreme speed).
Abilities
Balkzardan releases electric blasts from its tusks, charges its entire body with electricity and can travel at Mach 3 on land. The mysterious creature Balkzardan can also control the weather in the immediate vicinity. Strangely enough, it has a massive thunderstorm swirling around it for miles around (a situation showing Blakzardan's weather manipulation abilities). Due to its weather control powers, Balkzardan can also form a defensive ice shield. It collects electrons through an apparatus on its tail, and the wing-like projections on its back store the electrons.
