Dagon

Dagon, known to the Japanese as Raijin, is a member of Godzilla's species that first appears as a skeletal corpse in the 2014 film, Godzilla and is later explored in Godzilla: Aftershock, the official graphic prequel novel to Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
Name
Dagon goes unnamed in Godzilla, though the Godzilla species is designated "Species 5146_ADAM." In Godzilla: Aftershock, it is revealed that the ancient skeleton was revered as a God by multiple peoples; as the Biblical Dagon by the Phoenicians and as the lightning god Raijin by the Japanese.
Design
Being the same species, Dagon appears near-identical to Godzilla.

Godzilla (2014)
In 1999, Dr. Ishiro Serizawa, Vivienne Graham, and their team were called to the Philippines to investigate the mysterious collapse of a mine. There, they discovered a massive skeleton resembling that of Godzilla, though Serizawa determined that it was much older. They also discovered two parasitic spores attached to the skeleton, one of which had split open.
Abilities
While none of Dagon's abilities are shown, it can be assumed that he possesses many of the same traits as Godzilla himself, such as his durability, immense physical strength, and atomic breath.

Godzilla: Aftershock
Following the appearance of a giant unidentified creature designated MUTO Prime, Monarch determined that it was responsible for infecting a member of Godzilla's species, known to the ancients as Dagon, with its parasitic eggs using its ovipositors. Dagon had eventually been killed by the parasites and became entombed in a cavern in the Philippines, the same cavern which was unearthed in 1999 and unleashed both MUTOs.
