One of the creations of evil scientist Dr. Demonicus, Ghilaron is the hardest to defeat of all of the children of the Life Stone, along with Batragon. The monster looks to be a cross between a reptile and some form of bug, and mirrors nothing so much as the basilisk of legend. Ghilaron was kept in the sleeping volcano where the Life Stone meteor fell, until Dr. Demonicus unleashed his monstrous collection to destroy both Godzilla and the SHIELD forces that threatened his secret base. Unfortunately, the madman over-estimated the strength of his monsters, and, after a long duel, Ghilaron was defeated by Godzilla, who crushed the reptilian monster's neck with his bare hands and burned it to dust with his atomic breath.
