The Giant Anaconda originally lived in the Amazon rainforest, but she was driven north due to deforestation. While swimming in a river, the Giant Anaconda came across a little girl named [[Francisca]], whom she tried to eat. The Giant Anaconda was soon attacked by [[King Kong]], who was in turn attacked by [[Bionobot|Bionobots]], which the two fight together. During the fight, Kong becomes distracted and the Giant Anaconda is flown away in the claws of a pterodactyl Bionobot. In the laboratory of Dr. [[Richard Remy]], the Giant Anaconda is outfitted with Bionobot armor that puts her under the control of Dr. Remy. She then fights Kong on Alcatraz island by constricting him and electrocuting him. Kong is able to subdue the creature by having it swallow a battery to overcharge her. When it is out of Remy's hands, [[Lucas Remy]] and [[Doug Jones]] then return the Giant Anaconda to the wild.

The Giant Anaconda is a giant cybernetically-enhanced snake kaiju that first appeared in episode 2 of the 2016 animated kaiju show, Kong: King of the Apes titled Snake in the Grass.

The Giant Anaconda originally lived in the Amazon rainforest, but she was driven north into Mexico due to deforestation. While swimming in a river, the Giant Anaconda came across a little girl named Francisca, whom she tried to eat. The Giant Anaconda was soon attacked by King Kong, who was in turn attacked by Biono-bots, which the two fight together. During the fight, Kong becomes distracted and the Giant Anaconda is flown away in the claws of a pterodactyl Bionobot.
