Godzilla: King of the Monsters - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is the official soundtrack album for Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The score is composed by Bear McCreary, with new arrangements of "Godzilla's Theme" originally composed by Akira Ifukube and "Mothra's Song" originally composed by Yuji Koseki, and featuring System of a Down's Serj Tankian performing a cover of Blue Öyster Cult's "Godzilla" with contributions by Brendon Small and Gene Hoglan of Dethklok. It was released digitally by WaterTower Music on May 24, 2019, while the CD was released on June 7. A vinyl edition of the soundtrack is also available.

McCreary's score includes Japanese Buddhist monks, a taiko ensemble from Tokyo, and a choir singing a text written by McCreary and translated into ancient Babylonian.[1]
