Godzilla vs. Evangelion (ゴジラ対エヴァンゲリオン,   Gojira tai Evangerion) is a merchandising collaboration which launched in 2016 to promote the release of Shin Godzilla.

Bandai

In April 2016, Bandai released their mold of Mechagodzilla 2004 with the color scheme of Evangelion's Eva Unit-01 and Eva-02 as part of their Movie Monster Series line. The Unit-01 release was limited to 4,000 pieces and exclusive to pre-ordering a ticket to the premiere of Shin Godzilla.

S.H.MonsterArts

S.H. MonsterArts released a repaint of their Rebirth Godzilla mold in Evangelion Unit-01 colors. The release was limited to Japanese websites and not released in the United States.

X-Plus

X-Plus released Godzilla and Eva hybrids, mimiking when the remains of Angels within the Evas take over, as part of their 30cm line

Much like Bandai's Movie Monster Series, X-plus released their molds for Kiryu in Eva unit colors. The 2002 Kiryu was repainted as Unit-01, the 2003 Kiryu as Unit-02.

X-plus also released a 30cm figurine of Rei Ayanami in a Xillien suit from Invasion of Astro Monster

Godzilla vs Evangelion: The Real 4-D was a temporary crossover ride at Universal's Japan theme park. The ride has the guests take the role of an observation team that gets caught in the middle of a battle between Godzilla and the Evas, only for the situation to grow worse when King Ghidorah joins the fray.

Music

Shin Godzilla vs. Evangelion Symphony, is a music album with recordings of Shiro Sagisu's live concert performance with Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, held on March 22nd and 23rd of 2017. The album is split between two disks, and features tracks from both Shin Godzilla and the Evangelion anime.
