S.H. MonsterArts
S.H. MonsterArts is a line of movie monster toys made by Tamashii Nations, the Collector's division of Bandai that began in November of 2011. This line has become highly popular among collectors due to the level of care and attention to detail on the figures, and their accuracy to their on-screen counterparts.
Main Line
These are the figures in the main S.H. MonsterArts line.
Godzilla 1994
The first figure in the line, released in November 19, 2011. The figure's first edition came with a blue Atomic Breath effect and a radiation wave base for the breath effect, but the first edition was however a limited edition and was quickly replaced with a second edition lacking accessories, and even came with a smaller box. It is based on the MogeGoji costume that appears in Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla.

MechaGodzilla 1993
Released December 3, 2011, MechaGodzilla was the second figure made in the line. It came with a Mega-Buster Ray, an interchangeable Plasma Grenade lens, and optional flight parts. Also there was a Tamashii Web Exclusive accessory pack made that came with Garuda, Shock Anchors, and optional parts to attach Garuda to MechaGodzilla's back to form Super MechaGodzilla like in the 1993 film, Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla 2. There is no second edition.
SpaceGodzilla
The third S.H. MonsterArts figure, SpaceGodzilla was released on March 24, 2012. It came with an earthy base with crystals extruding from it and a Corona Beam.
M.O.G.U.E.R.A.
The fourth S.H. MonsterArts figure, M.O.G.U.E.R.A. comes with four separate smoke trails, Spiral Grenade Missiles, interchangeable flight mode parts, an interchangeable Plasma Maser dish, interchangeable hands, a Plasma Maser Beam, and two city type bases for its effect parts. It is based on the 1994 design from Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla. The U.S. release box reads "MOGUERA," with no periods in front of the letters and a "U," while the Japanese release box reads "M.O.G.E.R.A.," with periods in front of each letter and without a "U", due to the Japanese acronym for the mech's name simply being Mobile Operations Godzilla Expert Robot Aero-type. It was released on May 12, 2012.

Little Godzilla
Godzilla's adoptive son as seen in Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla. This figure was released June 15, 2012. It comes with a crystal prison.
Godzilla Junior
Released December 14, 2012, as a Tamashii Web Store exclusive, this representation of Godzilla's adoptive son from Godzilla vs. Destoroyah comes with two helicopters.
Fire Rodan
Released in July 14, 2012, this figure comes with two exclusive stand bases, a perched stand, a flying stand, a Uranium Heat Beam, a red Spiral Heat Ray intended for the Heisei Godzilla figures, and a damaged MechaGodzilla head. This figure is based on Rodan's Fire Rodan design from Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla 2.
King Ghidorah
The King Ghidorah figure, released September 29, 2012, comes with three Gravity Beams. It is cautioned that his wings are on uncomfortably small ball joints that must be moved at their bases. It is based on the King Ghidorah suit from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.
Godzilla 1995
Released November 30, 2012, the figure has no effect parts, but comes with a MBT-92, a DAG-MB96, and an extra pair of hands. It is based on Burning Godzilla from Godzilla vs. Destoroyah.
Comic-Con Explosion Godzilla
A figure made exclusively for San Diego Comic Con 2012, or SDCC 2012, Explosion Godzilla represents Burning Godzilla melting down at the climax of Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. It was released on July 12, 2012.
UX-01-92 Garuda
The Garuda was released in 2012, serving as its own product and add-on for MechaGodzilla. It came with a base, laser effect parts, shock anchors, and pieces to combine with MechaGodzilla to form Super MechaGodzilla. It was released in 2012 and never reissued.
Destoroyah (Perfect Form)
Representing the titular antagonist of Godzilla vs. Destoroyah in his demonic final form, this figure comes in a long box with no accessories. It was released on February 27, 2013.
Destoroyah Evolution Set
Released on July 31, 2013, the Destoroyah Evolution Set includes Destoroyah's juvenile, aggregate, and flying forms, as well as an alternate head for the aggregate form. The juvenile or "crab" form figure is noticeably inaccurate to the film, featuring crab-like claws on the front of its body and two spear-like claws extending from its back, features exclusive to the aggregate form. It is possible that this figure is meant to represent the multiple small aggregate Destoroyahs that attacked Godzilla in the film rather than the monster's juvenile forms.

Biollante
Representing Biollante's final form from Godzilla vs. Biollante, this figure was released in November of 2013 in Japan, and December 15, 2013 in the U.S. Biollante comes with a multi-colored light-up chest. Biollante's box is a solid cardboard box similar to Godzilla 1964's box, and she comes with no effect parts or accessories.
King Kong
This figure of King Kong is based on his incarnation from Peter Jackson's 2005 remake. It comes in a tall box with a tree branch, 3 pairs of hands, a stand and a hand with Ann Darrow. It was released on April 27, 2013, which was two months after Destoroyah.
Godzilla 1964
Representing Godzilla's design from Mothra vs. Godzilla, this figure includes no accessories. It was released in August 2013.
Kiryu 2002
It comes with a dark blue jet pack and laser cannons from Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla. It came out September 14, 2013. A shut down and evil head parts are included. The chest opens up to reveal the Absolute Zero Cannon inside.
Battra
Battra Imago from Godzilla vs. Mothra was released December 27, 2013. It comes with a stand.
Godzilla 2000 (Yuji Sakai's Concept Design)
A Godzilla 2000 figure was spotted at Summer Wonfest. The accessories are once again omitted. Unlike the other Godzilla figures, it is not based on an actual design from a movie, this figure is based on Yuji Sakai's concept design for Godzilla in Godzilla 2000: Millennium. It was released December 28, 2013.

Mothra
A Mothra figure was shown at Summer Wonfest. It is based on the HeiseiMosuImago puppet from Godzilla vs. Mothra. Release date was April 25, 2014. It came with a flying stand and baseplate.

Gigan 2004
Gigan 2004 was revealed at Tamashii Nations 2013. It was released on April 19, 2014. It comes with 2 hook hands, 2 chainsaw hands, a serrated head spike, 2 serrated mandibles, 2 bladed mandibles, a bladed head spike, and a second armored neck.

Battra Larva and Mothra Larva
Battra and Mothra Larva has been released as of June 2014 in a double pack. Mothra comes with a piece of webbing.
Godzilla 2014
Confirmation of the figure's existence was presented at the 2014 Toy Fair alongside a projected Summer 2014 release. It was shown under a black veil with a September 2014 release date.

Adult Godzilla Junior
The figure was confirmed to be real via scans from a Japanese magazine, where it is simply called "Godzilla", but it has been confirmed to be the grown-up Junior from the end of Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. The figure is officially called "Godzilla [1995 Birth]," and is actually a remolded Burning Godzilla. This figure was released on July 31, 2014. It was set for a reissue in September 2015.

Godzilla Effects & Toho Ultimate Weapons Pack
The first effect pack, released in 2012, came with the Super X2, 5 fighter jets, 5 ASTOL-MB93s, 5 MBT-92s, 5 MBAW-93s, a spiral ray accessory for Godzilla, 2 base plates, 4 stands and modified ends to the stands for the planes and ASTOL-MB93s.

The second effect pack was released in 2014. It came with 4 damaged buildings, 1 exploding beam type, 1 basic beam type, a fire stand, and a cracking ground stand.

Toho Ultimate Weapons Pack 2
The Super X3 effect pack was released in 2014, and includes the Super X3, 4 MBT-92s, 4 MBAW-93s, 3 ASTOL-MB93s, 2 damaged buildings, a baseplate and stand for the Super X3. It also comes with the cadmium missile pod and freeze ray for the Super X3. The buildings can be used as stands for the ASTOLs or the Super X3. The stand has the same connection that was used for the flying vehicles in the first effect pack.

Kiryu 2003
Kiryu, based on his 2003 incarnation from Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S., was released October 2014 as a web exclusive. It is a remold of the Kiryu 2002 figure, and painted in a more silver-gray than the previous. It was remolded to include the Tripple Hyper Maser Cannon in its chest rather than the Absolute Zero Cannon. The chest flaps were also remolded to match this version of Kiryu. The right arm was changed to reveal gears and a different shoulder. It was given a new hand to make it look like it could become the drill. It comes with a Tokyo S.O.S. style backpack and arm lasers, a battle-damaged head with one eye, and a drill part.

Mecha-King Ghidorah
Mecha-King Ghidorah was released in February 2015 as a web exclusive. It comes with the G-Grip and the torso is made of diecast. It also comes with four "claws" and a stand. It appears to be a retool of the King Ghidorah figure. It also includes three Dorats.

Gamera 1996
The Gamera 1996 figure was released in early 2015. It features a set of flying parts, including wings and a seperate waist which has jets. It also comes with a fireball effect and a flying pose cradle. It includes the stand from the first Godzilla release, but in red.

Godzilla 2000 (Special Color Version)
The Godzilla 2000 figure was reissued in 2015 with a new paint job, most notably making the dorsal plates grey. It features no other remarkable changes.[1]
Godzilla 2014 (Poster Image Version)
A special reddish-hued repaint of the Godzilla 2014 figure based on Godzilla's color scheme in posters for the film was released on February 25, 2015 in Japan only alongside the special edition DVD plus 3D & 2D Blu-ray set for Godzilla.[2]

S.H. MonsterArts Legendary Godzilla Teaser
Godzilla 2014 (Spit Fire Version)
A retool of the Godzilla 2014 figure featuring translucent glowing dorsal plates and an atomic breath accessory was announced as a web exclusive, with preorders beginning February 16, 2015, and the official Japanese release in July. The figure also includes the severed head of the female M.U.T.O. as an accessory.[3]

Godzilla 1964 (Emergence Version)
The Godzilla 1964 Emergence Version was announced in May of 2015. It is a repaint of the original Godzilla 1964 figure to resemble Godzilla's appearance when he emerged from the sand in Mothra vs. Godzilla, featuring a new atomic breath effect. It was released on November 14, 2015, but was available early at New York Comic Con 2015.
King Ghidorah (Poster Version)
The King Ghidorah Poster Version was announced in July of 2015. It is a repaint of the original King Ghidorah figure, featuring a lighter yellow paint job based on how he appeared in Noriyoshi Ohrai's poster for Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah. It comes with three differently-colored beam accessories, colored after the beams King Ghidorah was seen firing on the poster, a stand that allows the figure to be posed like it is flying, and a figure of KIDS.

Godzilla 2001
On January 11, 2016, Tamashii Nations' American Facebook page uploaded a cropped image of the poster for Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.[4] Later, on January 14, the page uploaded a teaser image of the foot of a Godzilla figure for the film, stating that it would be available for pre-order the next week.[5] On January 20, Bandai's Japanese website officially revealed the Godzilla 2001 figure. The site revealed that in Japan the figure would be available for preorder on January 22, and was scheduled to begin shipping in June.[6]

Godzilla 1954
Godzilla 1954 was announced on February 19th, 2016. It is expected for an August release. This figure was confirmed to not be a Tamashii web exclusive, the first since Godzilla 2014.
Godzilla feat. EVA-01
Godzilla feat. EVA-01 was anounced on May 19, 2016, as part of Toho and Gainax's "Godzilla vs. Evangelion" merchandise collaboration. It is a repaint of the Adult Godzilla Junior figure with an Evangelion Unit-01 themed paint scheme.[7] On July 7, it was revealed that the figure would not have an official North American release. It was also revealed that it would have limited stock, and preorders from Japanese exclusive sites would be the only way to obtain it.
Godzilla 2016
Godzilla 2016 was announced on June 8, 2016. It is expected for a November release in Japan and a December release in North America.[8][9]

Godzilla 1995 (Ultimate Burning Version)
The Ultimate Burning Godzilla was announced on July 9, 2016, and is scheduled for a December 2016 release in Japan and a January 2017 release in North America. It is a retool of the Godzilla 1995 figure, featuring a new paint job, interchangeable hands, and four steam effect parts.[10]
Godzilla (2016) Second and Third Forms
Images of prototype S.H. MonsterArts figures for Godzilla's second and third forms in Godzilla: Resurgence were seen in a Japanese magazine. The sizes, prices and release dates of these figures are not yet known.
Destoroyah (Special Color Version)
This recolor of the Destoroyah figure was announced on September 7, 2016, and is targeted for a March 2017 release. It will include several Maser Cannon accessories.[11]
MechaGodzilla 1993 bandai Premium version
The figure was a announced on semptember 14, 2016 and is scheduled for a march release. The figure will be accompanied with the UX-01-92 Garuda and abdomen replacement parts.
Light Sound Songs
On May 23, 2016, a new subline of S.H. MonsterArts was announced. In addition to the articulation and detail of MonsterArts figures, the Light Sound Songs figures feature glowing parts and noises such as roars. The figures can also play music from their movies.
Godzilla 1989
Godzilla 1989 is the first figure of the Light Sound Songs line, first announced on May 23, 2016. It features light up dorsal fins and mouth, and will roar. It can also play Godzilla's theme from Godzilla vs. Biollante.
