The Sea Serpent is a fictional reptilian monster that first appeared in the 1933 King Kong film Son of Kong.

Design

The Cave Bear is at its core, a representation of a bear, with no real distinctions from extant bear species, or the extinct species upon which it was based. It has small eyes, dark fur, claws, and sharp teeth.

History

Son of Kong

When Skull Island began to sink in a massive earthquake, Nils Helstrom ran in fear for the dinghy that had brought he and his companions to an inlet on the rocky shore. However, as he prepared to abandon the others and take the boat for himself, a Sea Serpent arose from the small bay behind him, and ate him before swimming away.
