Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Shin Takuma (宅麻 伸, Takuma Shin), real name Shigeharu Takuma (詫摩 繁春, Takuma Shigeharu), is a Japanese actor. Takuma began his acting career in television, appearing in TV Asahi's Edogawa Ranpo drama series starting in 1978. His film debut came in 1982's To Trap a Kidnapper, and in 1984 he appeared in a supporting role as Hiroshi Okumura in The Return of Godzilla. Takuma has remained a prolific actor in both television and film to this day. He returned to the Godzilla series in 2002 as the character Tokumitsu Yuhara in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, and was a featured interviewee for the books Godzilla Against Type-3 Kiryu (Mechagodzilla) Completion and Godzilla 1984 Completion in 2016 and 2019, discussing both of his roles in the franchise. |
