Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Shizuo Nakajima (中島 志津男, Nakajima Shizuo) is a Japanese filmmaker and former Toho employee. During his tenure at Toho, he served as a production assistant on Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla and Terror of Mechagodzilla, and later directed and produced the fan film Wolfman vs. Godzilla in 1983, though it has never been fully released. In 2012, Nakajima was contacted by Mark Jaramillo about the film, providing him with a short montage of effects footage which was then shown at that year's G-Fest. Nakajima appeared as a guest at G-Fest the following year where he spoke more on the film, and continues to be active in the community, posting clips and updates on Wolfman vs. Godzilla through his personal Facebook account. He was also set to appear in Jaramillo's unreleased independent kaiju film documentary, Kaiju Gaiden. |
