Takayuki Segawa (瀬川隆之,   Segawa Takayuki) is the Japanese Minister of Defense in the 1991 Godzilla film, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, and later the Secretary of the United Nations Godzilla Countermeasures Center in the 1993 and 1994 films Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II and Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla.
