Tokyo Bay

Tokyo Bay (東京湾 is a bay located in the southern Kantō region of Tōkyō-wan)Japan, and spans the coasts of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Chiba Prefecture. Tokyo Bay is connected to the Pacific Ocean. It is featured in many Godzilla films.
History
Showa series
Godzilla (1954)
Godzilla first emerged from the eastern part of the bay and into the city, later retreating along the same path. The following night he again emerged from the bay and destroyed much of Tokyo. Following his second night of destruction, Godzilla was killed when Dr. Daisuke Serizawa deployed his Oxygen Destroyer weapon in the bay, liquefying the monster.

The War of the Gargantuas
While Sanda was battling Gaira, their fight went into the bay and the two fell into a fault. Both monsters died in the magma.

The Return of Godzilla
Godzilla entered Tokyo Bay and triggered an evacuation of the city. The JSDF launched fighter jets to intercept him but their missles were useless.

Godzilla: Final Wars
Hedorah and Ebirah were sent by the Xiliens to confront Godzilla in Tokyo Bay but were easily blasted out of the bay by Godzilla's atomic breath and subsequently destroyed.

Shin Godzilla
An empty boat was investigated by the Japan Coast Guard but a massive explosion of steam interrupted them. A creature then appeared in the bay and came ashore.
