Tomokazu Sugita (杉田智和,   Sugita Tomokazu) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator, best known for portraying Gintoki Sakurai in Gintama, Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Gundham Tanaka in Danganronpa, and Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He also has voiced characters in all three major tokusatsu franchises: Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Super Sentai.
