Ghidorah would defeat Rodan, comes after the Argo, and gets body slammed by Godzilla into the water. As they fight, it's now that Stenz calls them up and tells them their going to get Oxygen Destroyer-ed. We cut back to the fight (I think you've picked up by now that the fights would be much more focused on the monsters), which would go the same way, with Godzilla ripping off the left head (Kevin to some). A B-2 Bomber would arrive on the scene and fire the Oxygen Destroyer missile.
