Even weak characters like Orihime can see and hurt Stands. Kenshiro from Hokuto no Ken can do the same thing (he isn’t some muscular guy who wanders around, punching stuff. Hokuto Shinken allows the user to use spiritual powers, such as Ki Blasts, and the ability to make oneself intangible.
