The manga states that Ultimate Kars can’t die, even if he wanted to. But if you ask me, he could be destroyed down to the cellular level (Destoroyah’s micro-oxygen beam certainly can do that, especially since Kars will suffer oxygen starvation, unless he finds a way to counteract that, but space has no oxygen, either), or beings like Doomsday and Superman, or reality warpers like Thanos, Aizen (Bleach), or Madara (Naruto) could destroy him. But I don’t know, his immortality is inconsistent.
