Godzilla will win. Kong is just an upscale giant ape. Godzilla is a mutated dinosaur who went up against a three headed dragon, a robot Godzilla, and a chainsaw chicken. Kong has the smarts, but Godzilla has atomic breath, armor, and is a good swimmer.
