Not sure how reliable We Got This Covered is, but recently they've put out an article stating that test screenings for Godzilla vs. Kong did not go well, and the film will now undergo heavy reshoots starting in January.

And with this, I am now officially concerned for this movie.

I suppose it's a good thing that they decided to delay it to next November. Let's just hope all of this extra time and reshooting will amount to a decent film, and we don't wind up with a muddled Justice League situation...

I hope they're pretty much sticking to the original draft of the film. I don't want Michael Dougherty to take the creative aspect of the film.

He apparently helped write the thing. So he's already part of the creative aspect.

And what if the original draft of the film is bad?

Oh dear. The movie undergoing reshoots isn't the greatest of news. The fact that they need to reshoot parts of it somewhat concerns me, as if the fact that Adam Wingard is directing it wasn't already concerning enough. I just want this movie to be really good...

JurrasicKaiju14 the original draft may be good tough, but I don't want Michael Dougherty to take the creative aspect of the kaju fights, I know why he chose to do rewrites, because he's worried that Adam is going to mess up with his characters he's like"oh man,Adam is going to mess up with my characters, he's going to make Alexander Skarsgard to be the main character and my characters to be the side characters".

Let's not start projecting here.

Relax, everyone. The test screenings were probably deemed bad by the same people who deemed KOTM bad.
