Monster Island
Godzilla and Mothra are frolicking on the beach together, excited for their wedding in around a month. Their love for each other is at an all time high. Rodan, King Caesar, and a new monster who joined, Gorosaurus, watch them from the forest.
Gorosaurus: They’re so cute together, right?
King Caesar and Rodan: Agreed.
They leave to let them be together in private.
Godzilla: Mothra, I love you.
Mothra: I love you too, Godzilla.
Mothra gently flaps her wings until she is closer to Godzilla.
Mothra: Kiss me.
Godzilla and Mothra are about to kiss when there is a noise in the forest.
Godzilla: You heard that?
Mothra: What was it?
They hear footsteps and a roar that sounds familiar to them.
Godzilla and Mothra: K...Kong?
Kong has arrived on the island without anyone noticing, and is wielding a tree in his right hand.
Godzilla: Why are you here, Kong?
Kong: You know why I am here. I won the last battle we had, and I want to kick your ass again.
Godzilla: Kong, you know our fight from 1962 was a tie.
Kong: Really? I was the only one who surfaced.
Godzilla: You just left because you were scared of me!
Kong: Is that so?
Kong whacks Godzilla in the face with his tree and turns his attention to Mothra.
Kong: Hey, pretty bug. How about you come to Skull Island, and I’ll show you what a Real king is like.
Mothra: (gasps) How dirty!
Godzilla: You better not lay a finger on her, Kong!
Kong: What are you going to do about it?
Godzilla: Not me. What is Mothra going to do?
Kong: Huh?
As Kong turns around, Mothra raises her front claws and slashes at his chest, reopening his scars. Kong grabs Mothra and tugs at her wings, trying to cripple her ability to fly.
Mothra: GODZILLA!! HELP!!
Kong slams the Divine Moth to the ground, but before he can crush her under his feet, Godzilla whips his tail at the ape, sending him into the ocean. Godzilla puts his tail around his fallen queen, but doesn’t wrap it around her, as he knows his own strength could squeeze her to death. Mothra looks up at her king, who smiles at her. Godzilla, now with rage in his eyes, turns to Kong.
Godzilla: IF YOU WANT A FIGHT, (gets into a combat stance) I’LL GIVE YOU A FIGHT!! DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH MOTHRA AGAIN, OR I’LL TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB!!!
Kong: (chuckles) Good. See you tomorrow, Loserzilla.
As Kong leaves, Godzilla puts his tail in front of Mothra, who weakly climbs up his back, finally resting on his shoulder.
Mothra: T-thank you, Godzilla.
Godzilla: Anything for you, my queen.

Godzilla reaches his lair, letting Mothra down where they sleep. Ever since they became engaged, Mothra has moved into Godzilla’s cave. Battra, hearing Mothra’s cries of pain earlier, finds Mothra in bad condition, with half of her legs broken, one of her wings crushed, and one of her antennae torn off.
Battra: Mothra! What happened?!
Mothra is about to answer, but Godzilla silences her.
Godzilla: Rest, sweetheart. I’ll take you to the Hollow Earth to heal later. (To Battra) Kong attacked us. Mothra slashed him, and he beat her savagely.
Battra: Where is that son-of-a-bitch?! I need to teach him a lesson, NOW!! NO ONE beats my little sister like this!
Godzilla: He’s lurking around here somewhere.
They hear Kong’s roar coming from Mount Cosmo. Mothra is left to rest while Battra and Godzilla go out to find Kong at Mount Cosmo’s summit, fighting Gamera.
Battra: May I?
Godzilla: I’m not stopping you.
Battra flies up to aid Gamera, who is having a tough time with Kong.
Gamera: Thanks for the assistance.
Battra: Anything for a fellow monster.
Battra fires purple beams from his eyes while Gamera spits plasma fireballs, but Kong dodges the attacks. He gets ahold of them and smashes their heads together, sending them falling off of the mountain. Battra manages to start hovering before landing near Godzilla. Gamera, however, retracts his head and limbs into his shell while firing rocket jets out of his arm and leg holes. He flies to Godzilla as well, coming out of his shell and bowing to Godzilla.
Gamera: I’m sorry, Godzilla. He can’t be stopped.
Godzilla: Ghidorah will handle him.
Gamera: He’s taken over Ghidorah’s temple.
Godzilla: So Ghidorah doesn’t have anywhere to stay?
Gamera: No.
Godzilla: Great.
Ghidorah emerges from the forest and flies up to Kong, but the ape knows about this. He grabs a tree he has brought up and hurls it at Ghidorah like a spear, which impales him through the chest
Godzilla, Battra, and Gamera: Ooooohhh!
Mothra: G-Godzilla...
Godzilla: (heads to Mothra) Yes, my love?
Mothra: What’s going on?
Godzilla: Kong is causing chaos.
Ghidorah: (recovering from his injury) Who is this?!
Godzilla: His name is Kong. He’s alpha of Skull Island, but he’s here for me. We will fight tomorrow, but I guess he’s showing dominance.
Ghidorah: That bitch.
Godzilla: (holding a hand to Mothra) I’ll take you to the Hollow Earth if you’d like.
Mothra: T-thank you.
Mothra gets up, but slumps to the ground. She is too weak, even to walk. Godzilla gently picks her up and carries her to the ocean, where the Shobijin stop him.
Shobijin: Godzilla, where are you going?
Godzilla: (shows Mothra) I’m taking her to the Hollow Earth.
Shobijin: There is an entrance in Infant Mountain.
Mothra: T-there is?
Shobijin: We found it recently, within the past month.
Godzilla: Thank you, Shobijin.
Godzilla rushes to the Hollow Earth “altar” and gently places Mothra onto the floor. He then lays down next to her and places his arm around her.
Godzilla: I’m not leaving you until you heal.
Mothra: Thank you, Godzilla.
They fall asleep, with Godzilla feeling a sense of hopelessness for his fiance.
July 9, 12:00 pm
Godzilla wakes up after a day’s worth of sleeping as he looks to Mothra, who isn’t fully healed, but much better and sleeping. He quietly gets up and leaves her, ready to face Kong. Mothra hears him starting to leave, and calls him over.
Mothra: Godzilla.
Godzilla: Mothra?
Mothra: Good luck.
Godzilla: (bends down) Don’t worry. He won’t even know what hit him.
Godzilla and Mothra kiss before the King of the Monsters leaves.
Monster Island
Godzilla exits the Hollow Earth to find Rodan waiting.
Rodan: You ready?
Godzilla: You know it.
Rodan: Do you need back up?
Godzilla: Not unless I say so.
Rodan: As you wish.
2:00 pm
All of the Titans form a circle around Godzilla and Kong, acting as the walls of an arena. Godzilla has the strength, but Kong has the brains. The two of them circle around each other, waiting for the other to leave an opening for attack.
Godzilla: You nearly killed Mothra and were harassing her. This shall not stand.
Kong: I don’t care. She’s a slut, only wanting sex from you, and nothing else.
Godzilla is now fully enraged and without thinking, he charges at Kong. Kong brings his fist to Godzilla’s face, but the giant is unphased. He misses a bite, and the ape wraps his arm around Godzilla’s neck while slamming his head. Kong tries to keep Godzilla’s mouth closed, but this is a huge mistake. Godzilla bites Kong’s hand, causing him to let go. Godzilla kicks at the ape’s gut, making him spit blood. Kong tries to kick Godzilla, but the reptile dodges the attack and slashes at Kong’s leg. Kong uproots a tree and tries to shove it down Godzilla’s throat.
Kong: Eat your vegetables.
Godzilla remembers his fight from 1962, when Kong did the exact same thing.
Godzilla: (grabs tree) No.
Godzilla wins the fight over the tree and pulls it from Kong’s hands, giving him splinters. While he tries to pull the splinters out, Godzilla grabs his shoulder and lifts the tree above his head.
Godzilla: Eat yours, shithead
Godzilla shoves the tree down Kong’s throat, causing him to choke on roots and bark. When Kong finally pulls the tree out, he whacks Godzilla’s head and gets ahold of his jaws, trying to break them like he did with a T-rex back in 1933. Godzilla’s jaws, however, are much stronger than a T-rex’s jaws, so he resists, and fires his Atomic Breath, burning Kong’s hands. He fires his blue beam once again, burning Kong’s fur off and injuring him badly, but not critically. Godzilla stomps on Kong’s arm, making the ape roar in pain.
Godzilla: Say it.
Kong: Say what?
Godzilla: I am the true King of the Monsters! SAY IT!!
Kong: Never.
Godzilla: (brings more weight onto Kong’s arm) Say it, or I’m going to break your arm.
Kong: ...Fine. You are the true King of the Monsters.
All of the Titans cheer as Godzilla roars in victory. But they stop when they hear Kong crying.
Gabara: Why you crying, ya big baby?
Kong: SHUT THE HELL UP!!
Gabara: I don’t have to.
Godzilla: Silence, Gabara.
Gabara: Okay.
Godzilla: Why are you crying, Kong?
Kong: Ever since I was a child, my parents told me that I would be king. Every Kong was king or queen of the monsters. One day, my parents hid me in a cave as they were killed by Skull Crawlers. Their last words to me were for me to become king. They bestowed the Kong legacy onto me. And now that I have admitted defeat to you, I have failed my parents, my siblings, my entire family.
Scylla: Well, Kong, life doesn’t always work out your way, or anyone’s for that matter.
Kong: I thought this would.
Godzilla: I’ll cut you a deal, Kong. I’ll still let you be king of Skull Island, but whenever I am around you, you are one of my subjects. That way, you can continue your family’s legacy. Deal?
Kong: Do you mean it?
Godzilla: Yes.
Kong: Deal.
Godzilla roars in victory once again, but now Kong has gotten up and roars with him. The two have finally ended their rivalry and are now allies.
Methuselah: Godzilla, Mothra’s here.
Godzilla: What?
Mothra flies from the sky, fully healed and ready to get her revenge.
Kong: Oh no.
Mothra: YOU ARE DEAD, KONG!! DEAD!!
Godzilla: Mothra! Stop!
Mothra stops her attack.
Mothra: Why are you defending him, Godzilla?!
Godzilla: We already fought. I won, but I allowed him to live.
Mothra: But you saw what he did to me!
Kong: The only reason I did that was out of rage. I guess I’ll leave now.
Mothra: Wait, Kong. I’m sorry.
Kong: It’s fine. I should be more sorry.
Godzilla: Kong, would you like to be at our wedding?
Kong: You and Mothra are getting married?
Mothra: Yeah. We are.
Kong: Sure. When is it?
Mothra: In about a month.
Kong: I’ll see you there.
