I’ve been trying to decide which Godzilla movie to watch next, and I’ve seen a lot of them. Can you help me decide which one? Here are all the ones I haven’t seen, in order of release.

I'm a few days late to this but Vader's right, Final Wars is the pick. I'd go with VS Biollante next, in my opinion it's one of the best Godzilla movies.
After I finish watching all the Godzilla movies (cringe alert) I’m going to watch all the Gamera Movies.
The original Gamera movie is actually pretty good. I've heard that the Heisei Gamera movies are good.
the Heisei Gamera movies are a great series, I highly recommend them. There's mercifully few bad CG shots but apart from that, they're definitely worth your time. I haven't seen the original Gamera in ages but for the showa series, Gamera vs Barugon felt the least like a kid's show to me
