Do you think that we should add the Titan designation for the MV Titans. Example: "Godzilla, designated Titanus Gojira" or "Godzilla, also known as Titanus Gojira"

No. The Titanus designations are already contained in the infoboxes.
The Titanus designations are supposed to be their taxonomical classifications, as per the opening of Godzilla vs. Kong. There are plenty of other creatures we cover, especially from Kong media, that have species names but we don't list them in the opening paragraph. Seems unnecessary to me.
Huh, I see. I've seen a few wikis do this but I guess it doesn't work here. It just sounds cooler as "Godzilla (ゴジラ Gojira), in-universally designated Titanus Gojira, is a Titan who first appeared in the 2014 Legendary Pictures film, Godzilla." It just sounded a lot cooler in my head, in the opening paragraph. Or maybe we can do it as: The MonsterVerse Godzilla (モンスターバース ゴジラ Monsutābāsu Gojira) is a Titan who first appeared in the 2014 Legendary Pictures film, Godzilla.
