It's no biggie. I agree that the page should've indicated the source of the name, but for future, I would have preferred that you asked where it came from first before changing it to a name that turned out to be less correct. Also, I wasn't saying Wikipedia should be used as a source, but just that it shows the name's usage is not limited to this website.

Regarding the species, I don't know that the bear in the movie is meant to be a literal ''Ursus spelaeus'', so I removed the part in the infobox that suggested it was. The most Morton says in his book is that it's "based on an actual prehistoric animal."
