Stan Winston's Godzilla design is an unused Godzilla design that was going to be used in the 1996 Godzilla film, Godzilla.

Detail

Designed by special make-up effects creator Stan Winston, this Godzilla design features alligator-like skin, muscular arms for combat, and a head that somewhat resembles the Tyrannosaurus rex from the Jurassic Park films, with slit pupils for the eyes. The design also features design elements from both the original and Heisei Godzillas.

• During the production for the movie, Toho sent concept art of Godzilla from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah as a reference in designing the new King of the Monsters.
