Stan Winston's Godzilla design is an unused Godzilla design that was going to be used in the 1994 Godzilla film, Godzilla.

Name

The name comes from how this Godzilla was designed by special effects artist, Stan Winston.

Development

The design was created and would have been used for the unmade 1994 Godzilla film, Godzilla, and was designed by special effects artist Stan Winston. During the production for the movie, Toho sent concept art of Godzilla from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah as a reference in designing the new King of the Monsters. But when the film was reworked into the 1998 Godzilla film the designed ended up being unused.

Detail

Designed by special make-up effects creator Stan Winston, this Godzilla design is largely similar to Heisei Godzilla design, only featuring a more reptilian appearance; with an alligator-like skin, muscular arms for combat, and with slit pupils for the eyes.

Portrayal

Sta Winston's Goji would have been portrayed by CGI by Stan Winston's company.
