Hey ABB! I found the sandbox for India made by Kaijuzill, and worked on it to add information and see if it could be completed. How does it look? And is it ready to be made a page?

I took care of this one for ya. Needed a couple minor touchups here and there but overall very nicely done! Keep up the good work!
Ah, thank you!
ive noticed every mention of great ape being removed and just replaced with "unidentified apes", wouldnt it be better to refer to them as great apes since that's what the movie calls them?, i also asked jarred if they had a species name and he said he didn't know.
I'm a bit confused about it all, so trying to straighten this out. Was that this reply you're talking about or another one?
That's it, the question above related to skar and it extended to suko and the others,
Here it is.

@Keeri'ijra said that in the novelization, Ilene Andrews refers to all ape Titans as "Great Apes", and yeah it wound't make sense to introduce another kind of giant apes, but with Jared's answer, I'm really confused as well.
I'm hoping the artbook will give some clarification.
Jared said that "Great Apes" specifically refers to a different species or is it just that the Geat Apes under Skar's rule are different from the Kong-type of Great Apes?
He only said that they are not the same species after someone asked if Skar, Suko and the apes were supposed to be the same species as Kong

So maybe Great Apes really is just a blanket term for ape-like Titans. Not overt confirmation, but maybe this will be less confusing than it currently seems.
It honestly does sound more like an umbrella term. I mean, we use the term “great apes” for the hominids (*like the extant gorillas, orangutans, chimps, bonobos, and humans*) with “lesser apes” referring to gibbons.
To me, the Iwi story that Ilene recounts sounds like it's contrasting the Titans and Great Apes. "Titans were the guardians of nature, and the Great Apes became the protectors of humanity." And from what I remember, Trapper refers to Kong as a Titan, so that could be support for Kong not being a Great Ape.
I can't imagine "Great Ape" as being the actual name for that species, just an umbrella term to refer to them, since they're, well, great apes. It's not like Ilene could have instantly known their proper name, or that the Iwi are suited to give animals common names (like, they called Godzilla "Zo-zla-halawa". Great name đź‘Ť).
Some Chinese posts identifies them as "King Kong's clan" or "King Kong's people" ( it appears to have different translations (?) )

This could be helpful, but I don’t think "King Kong's clan" or "King Kong's people" is meant to indicate that they are actually specimens of Kong’s kind, but rather that they are his people since he’s become their new leader.
NEW INFO!
If it was translated correctly, this official Japanese site does said that the Great Apes are the same kind of Titans as Kong
For what it's worth, this isn't "the official site" (that would be Godzilla-Movie.jp). The introduction just makes it sound like it's something Eiga Natalie is publishing on their own; all of the text is written by Hyouri Takahashi, who is a musician and Godzilla fan. I'd take Krichevsky's word in this case.
A bit out of the subject but, the title sequence seems to confirm they are Titans

Okay, that's great. After all, the Skar King and Suko are Titans.
I made a sandbox for Here We Go, but it's been brought to my attention that it might not fit Wikizilla's scope. Would it be valid for a page?
We don't have formal rules for songs yet, but the guideline MechaniKongZilla mentioned is largely what we've followed in making pages for songs. I don't think it's necessary to have pages for preexisting songs that were simply licensed for use in media we cover, although you could add the song ID to GvK's soundtrack page.
So I've been looking around, and I can't find any evidence of Here We Go being created before GvK. The artist, Chris Classic, has also made songs just for films (Speedin' for the film Turbo). As near as I can figure, it was made just FOR GvK.
It was uploaded to YouTube on 9/30/19, the same year the WWE used it for a pay-per-view event.
Well, there's the kicker. Should the sandbox be deleted?
'Fraid so.
I just discovered it on Twitter https://x.com/micaholic1981/status/1780389143841051000?s=46&t=zaSat5wR1Sd68BlvTNUWMw
Hello ABB, hope you've been doing well. I have a question. (well, two actually) Have you heard of a magazine I saw called King Kong Vs. Godzilla: When Worlds Collide? Do you have any information on it?
I've seen this in a magazine rack at least once, but haven't bought it. A360 Media is the publisher. You can see a few preview pages here.
Thanks!
Hello again ABB, sorry if this comes across as annoying, so this will be my last attempt at getting you to see my request. Could you please read this message? Thanks.
At this point, yeah, it's getting annoying. I've barely had any time to edit the site in recent days and the pages have been my priority.
Do you have any formatting tips for the G-FAN page? I'm not too sure where to go with it, as it doesn't seem we have any other pages that cover a continous magazine.
I'd have a table listing each issue's cover, numbering, and date, preceded by an overview section talking about common article types and notable contributors.
So I'm currently creating the table, but there is one oddity. The G-FAN website does not give an exact release date, just what appears to be the months of running time (or in more egregious cases entire seasons). Would it be fine to keep it like that? I ask because I do not know that there is any source that is actually correct, all that I've found so far (none of which have more than half of the issues) don't match with the months or even years given on the actual website.
Yeah, I'm not aware of any specific release dates for the magazine; you can just go with what's provided on the official site. G-Fan was originally bimonthly, then switched to a seasonal publication schedule.
Got it.
Hey ABB! I have been working on this sandbox for Alaska, and I think it might be ready to promote to a page now, so I was going to see if it gets the thumbs up. How does it look?
Looks mostly good, though it needs a round of proofreading throughout the article and some clarification in the Godzilla 2000 section, as the summary there never actually mentions Alaska. Are there any specifics on where Rodan emerges?
Ah, good call. For the plot on Godzilla 2000 page, it did not seem to give where specifically Rodan emerged in Alaska, but it did mention Alaska as the general place of emergence. I'll be sure to see about getting more details and proofreading. Thank you so much!
I looked for information on the book as well and found these excerpts from the book: https://bookreadfree.com/286659/7062751 and https://bookreadfree.com/286659/7062755. It looks like it was not Alaska where Rodan awakens, but the shaman was in Ninunak, Alaska, and foretold Rodan's awakening before Rodan appears there. Should I add this information to the section and/or cite it?
Sure, anything that happens in Alaska in media we cover is fair game.
Awesome, thank you!
Did a little check through the article, changed all parts to past tense and added to the section for Godzilla 2000. Does it look good, and are there any changes that I should make?
Hey ABB, I messaged you a while ago to ask you to add a few stuff to the news template.
sorry for bothering u but is my jenga sandbox eligible for a page?
It needs a description of the rules, but after that I'd say it's ready.
ight, thank u for fixing the page up!
Hey ABB, just wanted to apologize about how my writing has been recently. i saw your comment about making it an overview instead of detailing every little thing that happened and I'm gonna try to do that from now on. i think the problem before was that whenever I write stuff, i tend to write a lot more than necessary and thats my bad. also this just a minor thing but for the part where ebirah caught godzilla's hand with the skinnier left claw, i was refering to this but i'll understand if its too minute to include. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/981032745365037056/1210401137740742666/image.png?ex=65ea6ce7&is=65d7f7e7&hm=dec508d16fba3d7019b3348e77dcbc7509928934d397471eee6855428ade7974&
No need to apologize, there's no manual for this. And thanks for pointing out the panel I missed - I do think it's a pretty minor event though.
oh yeah thanks again for revising the rodan v ebirah section, it was a more major thing for him so that was why i wrote a lot though I admit a lot of it was fluff. on the topic of that, i was thinking of maybe adding to the amphibiousness section due to how long he's out of water during that comic and maybe adding a note of that to the end of it where it talks about how long he can be out of water, its up to you though.
No, that makes sense.
alright cool, im gonna write up it up rn
just wanted to thank you for reviewing shipdraw's page and editing it. I was looking back on it and was disappointed with my previous rewrite of it so I figured I would add more to it.
No problem!
Hey ABB, would you care to add a couple of stuff to the news template, those being JLvsGvsK #5 and #6, the physical release of Monsterverse Omnibus, and GvK: The Hunted? Thanks.
