The Virasian Mind Control Device is a mind-control device first used by the Virasians in the 1968 Daiei film Gamera vs. Viras.

Gamera vs. Viras
After Gamera keeps attacking the Virasians, the aliens learn of his love for children. They take two boy scouts named Masao and Jim hostage, which attracts Gamera's attention. After subduing the Kaiju with the Virasian UFO's Super Catch Ray, the Virasians decide to deploy the Mind Control Device to put Gamera under their control. Attaching the device to the top of Gamera's head using the Virasian UFO, the Virasians order Gamera to destroy Okomasashi Dam and the outskirts of Tokyo, but their efforts fail when Masao and Jim break the device.

Appearing through stock footage, the device is used again, this time by the unseen captain of the Zanon. Once again, Gamera attacks and destroys a dam, but the device is broken once more, this time by the Spacewomen.
