Yoshibumi Tajima (田島義文,   Tajima Yoshibumi), often erroneously billed in English as Yoshifumi Tajima, was a Japanese actor. Tajima began acting in films in the 1950's, and continued appearing in film and television productions until the late 1980's. Tajima is perhaps best known for his numerous appearances in Toho's tokusatsu productions in the Showa era. Tajima's best-known roles include Kumayama in Mothra vs. Godzilla and the recurring character Seki from Ultra Q. Tajima's last film role was in The Return of Godzilla in 1984, though he continued acting on television for the rest of the decade. Tajima passed away of esophageal cancer on September 10, 2009, at the age of 91.
