I have the export version's credits but they were essentially copied by UPA so I don't see any need to include them. And unfortunately the VHS source is so cropped that most of the credits are partially cut off, so some of the spellings may also be a little different. Two notable differences:

"Suji Ohtaki" is "Shuji," and an additional credit below "Film Editor" reads "(Pr)ocessed at Tokyo Laboratory".

The cast credits are spaced out a bit, too, but the order is the same.

More out of curiosity than anything, but do the export credits call Shin Kishida "Mori Kishida" as well?

Yes, he's credited as Mori Kishida in both English versions.
