Forum - Godzilla vs Halo

I’ve thought about this for a little while. I’ve always thought it would be fun to cross a Kaiju Eiga theme into Halo, so it would be fun to see Halo meet Godzilla. Here’s a rough idea:

In 2554, During a battle on Earth, involving the UNSC and the Covenant, Godzilla is awakened and emerges from the depths of the ocean. The UNSC, even with technological advancements, are unable to stop him. When the Covenant reappear, they too witness Godzilla’s wrath. The UNSC and Covenant form a shaky alliance to stop him. However, both of them combined are overwhelmed by Godzilla. Using the fact that they can’t use their current military technology to stop him as an excuse, the Covenant propose to fire the Halo Array as a means to get rid of Godzilla once and for all. Now, the UNSC has to decide what to do? Destroy Godzilla? Or prevent the Covenant from achieving their delusional goal?

I’m not sure which Godzilla incarnation specifically. I’m leaning towards Godzilla Earth, seeing as he’s from the future, and that he’s super powerful. However, I have to think about an idea of how he’ll be a larger threat, since as long as he’s on Earth, the rest of the Galaxy is fine. So it would be fun if there was a probability that he could use interstellar travel. But what are your thoughts?
