So here are my initial drafts for Jan de Bont's Godzilla 2 & 3

Godzilla II

In 1996, Godzilla had won. The Gryphon is dead. Aaron, Nelson, Jill and Tina are invited to a warehouse where scientists and biologists study the remains of the Gryphon. The conclude that the creature may still be alive, at least at a cellular level. Jill and Tina also question whether or not another alien like the Gryphon will come to Earth in the near-future, but Tina ensures them that as long as Godzilla's still around, humanity and life are protected.

Three years later, in 1999, Pike, Benedek and agent Jack Traven ask for the quartet's help as they discover strange events occurring such as such as wrecked planes and ship adrift, and village islands wiped clean of life. After teaming up with the mysterious Miki Serizawa, the group make their to a never-before-seen location, Monster Island.

It's there they discover that a swarm of large insectoids, led by what's referred to as the Hive Princess, have been capturing humans in order to feed their mother. So it's up Godzilla once again to stop the Hive Princess and her horde of termite-esque monsters.

Godzilla III

In 2002, Aaron, Jill & Team travel to England to meet an old friend of his, his former mentor Prof. David Marrow. He tells them about the ancient deities, the butterfly-esque Mothra and the three-headed alien dragon Ghidorah and how they battled each other for centuries long ago, even claiming that latter was responsible for many disasters on Earth and other planets (and that Ghidorah even influenced various mythologies, from the Orochi to the Hydra and even the Cthulhu Mythos). He also believes that someday Ghidorah may return someday to reek vengeance upon humanity.

Meanwhile, an uncharted island is discovered within the pacific, dubbed 'Infant Island', where a tribe of rather tiny people happen to worship Mothra. As well as a strange cult somewhere in America that worships Ghidorah.

Just when Ghidorah begins his return to Earth, Godzilla and Mothra must team up to stop the Three-Headed Monster.
