The toy line for Godzilla vs Kong has been leaked a few times, and a rather surprising turn of events has come of this recent toy line leak. A new serpent Kaiju that was revealed earlier, Nozuki, was renamed Warbat on a recent leak of the toy line.

Personally, I liked the name Nozuki better than the name Warbat. It seemed like a name you would give a Godzilla Kaiju from the older films. Warbat is good, but I feel it seems a little bland compared to Nozuki. But what are your opinions?

I highly doubt Warbat is an official change. Why? == Because this has happened before. ==

For their Kong: Skull Island toyline, Lanard changed the names of every single creature except Kong. The Skullcrawler was renamed to "Dino Monster" and the Mother Longlegs as "Spider". I'm not sure if the Pterodactylus is supposed to be a Leafwing but if it is, that's another example. But did those names transfer to the film and other supplementary materials? Of course not.
