DISCLAIMER:There is no definitive list and this is only what I think.
1.The OG Mechagodzilla. Not only did this one require 2 kaiju to defeat but he even outmatched King Caesar AND Godzilla.
2.Super Mechagodzilla. This one nearly crippled Godzilla to his demise and only the Fire Rodan power-up was then Godzilla able to defeat this one.
3.Kiryu. Now,many of you think I am crazy putting this one so low on the list,but this one had a somewhat hard time fighting Godzilla during their second and third bouts,the third bout with Kiryu having no Absolute Zero.
4.Anime Mechagodzilla. Despite all of its weaponry,Godzilla Earth easily destroyed this one by converting his electromagnetic energy into heat when he entered the Mechagodzilla City and also easily destroyed the mech by a simple blast of atomic breath.

2. Mechagodzilla II/Super Mechagodzilla
3. Showa Mechagodzilla
4. Ready Player One Mechagodzilla
5. Anime Mechagodzilla
On this subject, interested to see how powerful MonsterVerse Mechagodzilla is.

|  My ranking is
1. Super Mecha Godzilla- He is the one mecha godzilla to nearly kill him at full power. it took godzilla getting a Fire Rodan powerup to kill it.
2. Kiryu. This one was quite close. Kiryu and Godzilla 2002/2003 were kinda evenly matched and that is a good thing for a mech. in this franchise.
3. Showa Mecha Godzilla. He was pretty strong but just a little bit weaker than the showa godzilla which is already very powerful it did take 2 kaiju to take him down but king Ceasar dint really does much if I'm being honest.
4. MonsterVerse Mechagodzilla. This mecha had a great design but was kinda lacking in the power area. He nearly killed a weakened godzilla but he was well out of energy.
5. Anime mecha godzilla: I personally don't know that much about this mecha but I do know that he was meant to be powerful but Godzilla Earth is just too powerful.
Unknown: Mecha Godzilla SP. if this mecha can even stand a change against Godzilla Ultima then I will place it in the top 3 . Godzilla ultima was stated to be the destroyer of universes and well. that's VERY VERY powerful.
