Now, seriously, think about it.
Part of Bagan's origin story was that he was an ancient creature who was supercharged with Godzilla and Ghidorah's DNA. And when you take into account that Monarch is allegedly experimenting with Titan DNA, and Alan Jonah now has King Ghidorah's last head...
Honestly, I think I'd rather have Bagan over Mecha-King Ghidorah or Destoroyah. People talk about those two so much that the hype would honestly fall kind of flat for me. Besides, it might give him the chance to make his long awaited film debut.

| On one hand, Bagan's Super Godzilla origin makes a terrifying amount of sense for the MonsterVerse. On the other hand, I would bet real, physical money that Adam Wingard has never heard of him.
