Teruo Ishii (石井 輝男,   Ishii Teruo), born Teruo Kitagawa (北川 輝男,   Kitagawa Teruo) was a Japanese film director. He worked for Shintoho from 1947 until the company's bankruptcy in 1961, directing six installments in the children's science-fiction film series, Super Giant.
