The Robot is one of the customizable monsters featured in the game Crush, Crumble and Chomp!.
Design[edit | edit source]
The appearance of The Robot completely depends on the imagination of the player. With The Robot, the manual suggests that giving it paws, hands, or arms will make it resemble a slightly clumsy steel and-silicon version of The Biped. The player can make The Robot a walking machine, or a flying robot.
History[edit | edit source]
The Robots objectives always vary. It can seek to kill humans, eradicate combat units, destroy bridges and buildings, or attempt to escape an alien city with its life. The targeted locations are New York City, the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Tokyo, Japan. Notable incarnations of The Robot include the walking machines from The War of the Worlds novel, the flying devices from the movie version, and Mechismo.
Weapons[edit | edit source]
Being a mechanical creation, it cannot be hungry and does not eat. It is suggested by the manual that the player can make it fly. The Robot can also self-repair.
