No. The tag says "Godzilla 2002 Clear Version" (ゴジラ2002 クリアバージョン).

Now, what about the other capitalized "Version"(s) that are abbreviated (i.e., "Ver.")? Are they all right the way they are or not?

I looked over most of them recently, so they should currently all match the tags. If there are specific ones you want me to check, I can.

I beg of you to stop changing these. Why change the capitalization on random figures for no apparent reason? It isn't even accurate.

Regarding these edits, the early 2000s MMS figures used the year after the movies' release, because their theatrical runs all started in December and extended into the next year. You can see the tags here:
