Frazetti is one of the main antagonists in the 2000 animated television series Kong: The Animated Series.

Night of the Talons
Frazetti was sent to back up his associate Omar in hostage negotiations for the Kong Island Shaman. They were double-crossed at the last minute, but Frazetti, who had been hiding in the shadows subdued them at gunpoint. They brought their new hostages to Ramone De La Porta's house, where Omar accidentally let in Kong by way of Jason Jenkins. Omar then merged into the Cyber-Griffen, and the two fought their way out of the building.
Monster Forms
By using a Cyber-Link Wearable Computer, Frazetti can merge his DNA with that of animals to form a Cyber-Link Mutant.
