This incarnation of King Ghidorah has only been depicted in cave paintings, but retains the classic silhouette of a tall bipedal upright dragon with three heads on long necks and two large wings at his sides. His heads all have at least two pointed horns, and appear to also possess long manes of hair that run down his necks. His necks appear longer and more snake-like that previous incarnations. In the second painting, King Ghidorah is shown spewing some kind of substance from his mouth, either flames or the character's traditional gravity beams.
