NECA (National Entertainment Collectibles Association) is an American company that manufactures collectible merchandise based on licensed properties such as films, video games, television series, and sports. A subsidiary of Bandai, NECA acquired the license to Godzilla from Warner Bros. in 2014 to coincide with the 2014 American film. While it initially produced merchandise specifically for the 2014 film, NECA has since released figures of many different versions of Godzilla. In 2019, it will release figures for the monsters from the 2014 film's sequel, Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Each NECA Godzilla figure stands over 6 inches tall, with a head-to-tail measurement of over 12 inches long. They are very detailed and have nearly 30 points of articulation.

Some of NECA's subsidiary companies, such as WizKids and Kidrobot, have released merchandise utilizing the Godzilla license as well.
