Professor Wakura (和倉博士,   Wakura Hakase) is a scientist in the 1974 Godzilla film, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. He helps to further decipher the prophecy that drives the film.

History

Saeko Kanagusuku and Keisuke Shimizu took the King Caesar idol to Professor Wakura's home for examination. He eventually de-coded the inscription on the base of the idol after comparing it to other ancient scripts and some ancient Okinawan body paintings.
