I have a HUGE question. What kaiju have actually won or beat Godzilla?

Off the top of my head, in the movies Godzilla is defeated by Mothra, King Kong (before it was seemingly retconned to a draw), Kumonga before Minilla saved Godzilla, Gigan and Ghidorah before the Godzilla Tower was destroyed, Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus (before the latter was lured away), Mecha-King Ghidorah, Mothra (again) and Battra (if you want to count him despite his death by Godzilla), Mechagodzilla II (before Fire Rodan revived him), King Ghidorah (If you count him opening up the wound the Satsuma used to ultimately kill him), the Mothra larva and Kiryu in Tokyo SOS, Monster X and Modified Gigan (before Mothra knocks them down), the MUTOs (before the female left to pursue the nuke) and King Ghidorah (before he was drawn away by Emma with the Orca)

So for definitive loses (that haven't been retconned or changed) in the films, Godzilla has lost to Mothra (3 times), Mecha-King Ghidorah, Battra (kind-of), and Kiryu.

Thx, but what about Megaguirus or Destroyah or Kaizer Ghidorah?

My Bad for Keizer Ghidorah and Destoroyah, just forgot to list them. But I haven't seen vs Megaguirus in forever, and I'm not really missing out from what I've been heard.

Yea I actually have the movie of Godzilla vs. Megagurius.
