Given how he went toe to toe with Godzilla in Terror of MG, as well as in this clip, could it be possible for Titanosaurus to become another rival (not necessarily an archenemy) to Godzilla, if given a proper writing treatment. (It's 1:50 AM Central and my brain gave out and got reduced to a cranial 💩 pile, when trying to get the last 5 words make sense. So I apologize, in case it sounds like a bunch of random words crammed into the end of a sentence and doesn't make any sense. 😅)

probably not, considering Titanosaurus is usually peaceful
This is, indeed, facts. However, one cannot simply be a pacifist, while they're being attacked. Especially when that pacifist is a 60-to-115-meter-tall dinosaurian kaiju. It's either instinctual fight or flight.
I still think it'd be out of character for Titano to suddenly be a rival to Godzilla, y'know?
Mmm, yeah. Good point. That would be weird. Plus, not a whole lot of kaiju within the range of lawful good and chaotic neutral have big enough balls to even attempt, let alone think of, challenging the likes of any version of Godzilla, in the 1st place. Only a very select few ever have and they mostly got away with it.
Granted, they could say in whatever canon they bring Titano into, he isn't peaceful there.
