I’ve never even watched teen wolf. Plus in the elephant video, the comments confirm that it’s the same noise, just pitch-shifted. And that gorilla scream was used because it’s the only video we have of a gorilla actually “roaring.”

I dont want to assume but Are you a sockpuppet account of gamedestoroyah?
Also if you never watched it why do you keep adding it back??
Its not relevant to kongs character but it being used in 2005 is.
I have no association whatsoever with that person.
No I am not. I swear on my life that I am not a sock puppet at all. I’m a totally different person. I kept adding it back because I read it on the official Godzilla wikia, I didn’t believe it at first but I typed in “teen wolf roar” and it was that sound to a T.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-f5iMDXvcA And listen to this at 39 seconds in and this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3yqeOTXEsk you can clearly hear a difference
Sorry i assumed because he did similar edits about roars also
What "official godzilla wiki"?
Gojipedia is a total joke and is in no way official.
Okay. You got me there. But do you at least believe me about the other sounds?
Frankly i could care less about some stock sound sources
But if you are removing sounds made by another incarnation of the same character and replacing it with something less relevant then thats not good.
I’m not trying to remove incarnations. I just feel that when it comes to how a creatures voice is made, then every animal used should be mentioned. For example. The universal stock roar was from an African elephant. And bears, lions and tigers don’t make shrill high pitched screams like that.
The elephant ones comments are saying that that roar was used and the original uploader confirms it.
This has nothing to do with what im talking about
Im talking about 2005 kong sounds being reused for GVK
Which frankly 2005s roars (all of them not that one clip you posted) need to be checked.
I listened to many videos of all the sounds used in 2005, and that sound was not one of them.
Watching sounds alone isnt good enough all scenes with kong from 2005 should be checked.
Okay. I’ll make you a deal. I will watch every scene with kong from 2005 and listen carefully. And if I hear that roar, I will gladly apologize, but if I don’t, then that edit can’t be in there.
Okay. I just watched the entire King Kong 2005 film from start to finish and that stock roar was not emitted at all
