Hey Les, sorry if I'm bothering you. I joined the Wikizilla around 2020, so I'm still relativity new around here and sadly not too active, I have a lot of other stuff going on these days. Anyway, I just wanted to ask you about what happened at Gojipedia exactly? People are always talking about how Wikizilla split and made their own site, but I still don't know that whole story. And again, sorry if I'm bothering you, I just want to catch up on that as I was never on Fandom when that happened.

Thank you, it helps a lot. Reason I asked is because someone I was talking with claims that the people who forked over vandalized the Gojipedia pages and broke blogging rules. Is that true?

No, we have never vandalized "Gojipedia." As I say in that post I linked, the only time we ever deleted pages from godzilla.wikia.com was while it was under our jurisdiction. We changed the name to Kaijupedia and deleted anything that wasn't kaiju-related (like Rainbowman and other hero shows) essentially so that it wouldn't be mistaken for the new Wikizilla at wikizilla.org. But that didn't even last, because Wikia itself reverted everything and turned it back into "Wikizilla" almost immediately. So for a while there were two Wikizillas, operated by different people. The team that took over the old WZ eventually renamed it to Gojipedia, which is what it is now. At no point during that staff team's occupancy have we ever touched the site.
