| The '''Giant Sea Turtle''' is a mutated Sea Turtle [[kaiju|monster]] created by Hanna-Barbera that first appeared in episode 23 of the 1979 [[Godzilla (Hanna-Barbera series)|Hanna-Barbera series, ''Godzilla'']], titled "[[The Macro-Beasts]]."

| The Giant Sea Turtle was among several marine animals enlarged to giant size, thanks to recent volcanic eruptions and a mysterious underground substance emerging from Capaldi Island; a relatively young formation which itself was created by the aforementioned geological activity. The Giant Sea Turtle is seen briefly in the decent of the Mini-Sub by Dr. Quinn and Brock while trying to uncover the mystery of the Macro-Beasts. It is later seen again in the final scene when the Beats return to normal size.
